Gratitude
gratitudeElizabeth whose faith I beg borrow and steal from and who named this piece which reminds me of the "tapestry" she tells me God is weaving
Daddy's smell. Heaven. He played with us so much. He taught us a word a day, opened a dictionary and placed his finger down. You were not too small to learn a big word. His work ethic. His eyes, the joy when he held a baby.
Mommy, how she stopped no matter what she was doing,no matter how busy she was, to say to Daddy " How are you? How was your day?"
How lucky I am to have landed in the lap of their love.
Aimee's story of while Daddy was so sick and they went to a doctors appointment on an icy day and even in all that pain Daddy wanted to help Mommy. Aimee said she came around the side of the car to find them there, holding both of one another's hands.
"Rachel and Graham" , an institution like Megan said . . What is its definition ? Does it live forever?
Love like that can not die, can it?
Eddie. Lemonade out of Lemons, just like Mommy said. That has to be god, right?
